ASSEMBLY OF FIRST NATIONS MEDIA ADVISORY – Assembly of First Nations Hosts Virtual Forum with Elizabeth May, Co-Leader of the Green Party of Canada

(April 11, 2025 – Unceded Algonquin Territory, Ottawa) – The Assembly of First Nations (AFN) will host a series of virtual forums with federal party leaders ahead of the 45th General Election on April 28, 2025. These forums will offer First Nations Chiefs and leaders an opportunity to share priorities and pose questions to the federal leaders.

The first session will take place on April 14 with Elizabeth May, Co-Leader of the Green Party of Canada.

Date:  Monday April 14, 2025

Time:  3:30 pm – 5:00 pm ET

Location:  Virtual by Zoom

Registration is free and open to First Nations Chiefs, Tribal Chiefs, Grand Chiefs, and Councillors. Accredited media are invited to attend in an observational capacity.
