Who can attend?
This event is open to all.
What is the difference between regular tickets, VIP tickets and head table tickets?

When do Gala ticket sales end?
Tickets will be available until they are sold out.
What time is the event?
The event doors open at 6:15 pm and dinner will be served at 7:15 pm.
Where do I park?
Valet parking will be available at the Westin hotel. Additional parking is available at the Rideau Centre.
What type of food and drink will be offered at the gala?
A full menu will be available on our website just prior to the Gala.

Where do I check in?
There will be directional signage in the hotel, with a registration desk outside the banquet room.
What do I need to provide at check-in?
You will need to present your digital ticket as proof of purchase.
Will tickets be for sale at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets will not be for sale at the door.
Will there be a coat check?
Yes, there will be a coat check available on site.
Can I choose with whom I sit with?
Single ticket purchases holders will be able to choose seats at designated tables. Table seating will be available at the Gala entrance.
How many people will be seated at a table?
Tables will accommodate 10 people.
What are the Covid-19 safety guidelines for this event?
We ask that if you are presenting any symptoms of Covid-19 that you please stay home. Masks are not mandatory but will be provided at the check-in desk should you wish to wear one.

What if I am unable to attend after I have purchased my ticket? Is it transferable?
Yes, your ticket may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us at [email protected]a to let us know who will be using the ticket.
Is there a theme for the gala and does that mean I need to dress up?
The theme for this year’s Gala is Together in Celebration. There is no dress code for this event.
