On Indigenous People’s day 2017, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that the former U.S Embassy in Ottawa would be repurposed as a space for Indigenous Peoples.

This survey seeks to gather feedback about the future use of 100 Wellington, so that the ideas of Indigenous Peoples can be heard and shared.

This National Forum on Affirming First Nations Rights, Title and Jurisdiction, provides the venue for First Nation leaders to gather to discuss First Nations rights, title and jurisdiction.

Registration fees help to offset the direct costs of organizing the National Forum, including facility rentals, audio/visual equipment, interpretation services, webcasting, registration services, facilitators, meeting kits, translation, signage, and catering.

All participants and groups are encouraged to pre-register and pre-pay. There will be separate line-ups at the event for those who pre-register and pre-pay in advance of the National Forum.

Registration forms and payment must be received by September 7, 2018 to ensure processing prior to the National Forum. After this date, please register on-site with your payment.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable after September 7, 2018. An administration fee of $50 will apply for all cancellations prior to September 7, 2017.

Onsite pre-registration will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Hilton Lac Leamy Hotel.
